As our IT Service Desk Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for employees across Barwon Water, helping resolve technology issues and keeping people connected and productive.
You'll work across phone, remote and face-to-face support, triaging service requests and delivering a great customer experience every day.
This is an ideal prospect for a university student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience and build a career in technology.
You'll be supported by an experienced team, develop valuable workplace skills and gain exposure to a broad range of digital tools and systems, with plenty of opportunities to learn as you go.
This is a maximum term contract until June ****.

Whether you're studying IT, Cyber Security, Business Information Systems or a related field, or simply have a passion for technology, we're looking for someone eager to learn and grow.
