The Role
At Rex, delivering heartfelt hospitality is at the core of what we do.
We are seeking a highly motivated Administration Assistant to join our Engineering team in Wagga Wagga.
This is a full-time, 38-hour per week role, spread over 5 working days.
Reporting to the Engine Shop Manager, responsibilities of the role includes:
Administering work packs for engines and other component maintenance.




Filing and archiving of records.
Other duties as required.
Key Selection Criteria
Demonstrated computer literacy and data entry above standard user skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Proven ability to work in a close knit team setting, with the ability to also work unsupervised.
A demonstrated willingness and ability to accept responsibility and maintain confidentiality.
Highly developed communication skills.
