We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Administrator to join our MyService Platform Team during a period of significant project and platform demand.This is an opportunity to work on a highly visible enterprise platform that supports service delivery across both technology and business teams.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the platform remains secure, reliable, well-governed and ready to support ongoing business growth and change.Working alongside Business Analysts, Developers, Configuration Analysts, Asset Analysts and managed service partners, you'll help maintain platform health, deliver enhancements and drive continuous improvement across the ServiceNow environment.Why join us?

governance and operational standardsTroubleshooting technical issues and coordinating resolutions with internal teams and external partnersProviding expert advice and support to users and stakeholdersIdentifying opportunities to automate, standardise and improve platform processesSupporting the ongoing evolution and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platformAbout youWe're looking for someone who combines strong ServiceNow administration skills with a proactive and customer-focused approach.You'll bring:Experience administering ServiceNow in a complex enterprise environmentStrong understanding of platform administration, security and access managementExperience supporting multiple ServiceNow capabilities and modulesHands-on experience configuring workflows, business rules, forms and UI policiesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience managing incidents through to successful resolutionAbility to build effective relationships across technical teams, vendors and business stakeholdersExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA proactive mindset and solid attention to detailServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certificationAbout the teamThe ServiceNow Platform Team is responsible for the governance, administration and continuous improvement of the Bank's ServiceNow platform.
