You will be a Workers' Compensation Lawyer at the Associate level or Senior Associate level (Defendant or Plaintiff experience.)
n
Your new role
n
Will see you working closely with two partners and 4 para-legals, undertaking a mix of workers' compensation (75%) and work injury damages (25%). You can also be involved in a Queensland and Canberra practice.
n
Provide advice on liability, quantum and claims strategies, including psychological claims (with the current changes at Regulation stage).
n
Autonomy to manage your own portfolio, build your practice and mentor your juniors; rewarding outcomes to clients; internal emphasis on culture and values; innovation and commercial savviness; diverse, high quality work and clients; integrity, excellence and courage; commercial approach and ability to articulate and negotiate effectively.
