Job Description
Lancemore Macedon Ranges, part of Lancemore Hotel Group, is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B; operation across weddings, conferences and events. You will report to the General Manager and work with the Executive Chef to deliver exceptional guest dining experiences.

You will drive service excellence, manage stock, cost control and rosters, develop your team, and seek opportunities to grow revenue while maintaining high standards during busy periods.
