Job Description
Family Doctor Pty Ltd is expanding its GP recruitment team and seeks a National Recruitment Specialist to own VR and non-VR doctor recruitment end to end. You will source candidates locally and internationally, manage the candidate pipeline, negotiate agreements, and coordinate placements with clinics across Australia.

You will also support visa-sponsored candidates through immigration and AHPRA processes. The role emphasizes building relationships with Practice Managers, maintaining robust CRM
