Occupational Therapist – Neurological Rehabilitation (Full-Time)
Location: Malvern East, Melbourne, VIC (Clinic & Community Hybrid) Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 + Super (Depending on experience) + Adaptable salary/commission options Work Type: Full-Time, 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist at Steps, you will manage a rewarding adult neurological caseload. Your day-to-day will involve assessing, planning, and implementing evidence-based interventions to optimize the independence and quality of life for your clients.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist.
Clinical Exposure: Direct experience or clear exposure to an adult neurological caseload (e.g., Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, CP, Parkinson’s, MS, muscular dystrophy, or other neuromuscular disorders).
Compliance: General AHPRA registration, an active National Police Check, and a Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Logistics: Full Australian driving license with access to your own vehicle for community visits.
