About the role:
Are you a passionate Speech Pathologist eager to make a meaningful impact? Join our client's growing team of motivated and autonomous clinicians delivering mobile services to adults in their homes and local communities. You will support adults with a broad range of developmental and acquired conditions including acquired brain injuries, progressive neurological disorders, autism, cerebral palsy, COPD, and intellectual disabilities. You’ll provide comprehensive assessment and intervention across communication and swallowing. While this role focuses on adults, therapists who prefer a mixed caseload are also encouraged to apply. Key responsibilities includes:
Provide direct Speech Pathology services tailored to client goals
Develop and implement evidence-based assessments and treatment plans
Collaborate with clients, families, and allied health professionals to ensure quality care
Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

What they're looking for:
Bachelor or higher degree in Speech Pathology.
Current practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
Passionate about community-based care
Comfortable working independently, with full-time availability
Willingness to travel to clients as part of a mobile model
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client- and family-centered approach
