Onsite parking Convenient NOR location, close to Freeway Be part of full client journey We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Client Liaison to join our client based in Innaloo.
This is a key client-facing role responsible for managing communication and coordination throughout the client's building journey - from pre-construction approvals and finance through to construction updates, handover and post-handover support.
You will work closely with clients, Site Managers, Construction Managers, Building Managers, Drafting, Estimating, Sales, Finance, Developers, Local Authorities and a range of external stakeholders to ensure every client receives a professional, seamless and positive experience.
About the Role As the Client Liaison, you will be responsible for: Providing exceptional client service from initial introduction through to post-handover Maintaining regular fortnightly client communication and construction updates Responding promptly and professionally to client enquiries, concerns and requests Managing and tracking Development Approvals, BCA Approvals, Building Permits, Developer Approvals, Water Corporation approvals and Strata Title approvals Coordinating builder-supplied power requirements, including liaison with Western Power contractors Processing settlement approvals and communicating finance approval updates with clients, Sales Agents and finance brokers Reviewing, raising, receiving, tracking and distributing pre-contract and post-contract variations Providing feedback to Construction Managers and the Client Relations Manager regarding client concerns, supplier performance and Site Manager performance Completing BA7 documentation following completion of the client's home Preparing handover packs, including keys,



warranties and other relevant documentation Responding to and coordinating client service requests during the first eight weeks post-handover Providing reception coverage during lunch breaks and leave periods when required You will ideally bring: Previous experience in residential construction, building, property or a similar client-facing environment Strong knowledge of the residential building process, from pre-construction through to handover Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organisation and attention to detail The ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously Confidence communicating with clients, trades, consultants, authorities and senior management A proactive approach to problem solving and resolving client concerns Strong administration and documentation skills The ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments A calm and professional manner when dealing with challenging situations Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly This is an opportunity to join a skilled and collaborative residential construction team where your contribution directly impacts the client experience.
