Cook and Chef – Gold Coast, QLD Full‐Time | Fast‐Paced Coastal Venue About the Role We are seeking both an experienced and motivated Cook and Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team on the Gold Coast.
This is a hands‐on role in a high‐volume, fast‐paced environment, ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in producing consistent, high‐quality dishes.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver high‐quality meals during busy service periods Maintain consistency, speed, and presentation standards across all dishes Assist with food preparation, cooking, and service across multiple stations Support the team in maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen Contribute to daily cleaning, equipment care, and general kitchen maintenance Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service Preferred:



Ability to prepare and cook pizzas to a high standard Skills Experience Minimum 3 years' experience working as a Chef in a busy kitchen Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations Ability to work efficiently during high‐volume service periods Experience with pizza preparation and cooking (highly regarded) Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality What We're Looking For Someone who is: Calm under pressure Passionate about delivering outstanding food Adaptable and willing to assist wherever needed Proud of their craft and committed to continuous improvement Location Gold Coast, Queensland
