What We're Looking For?




Previous experience as a Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher) Relevant trade qualifications Strong focus on food quality, safety, and customer service Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented approach Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Relevant trade qualifications and food safety knowledge Minimum Requirements Australian Citizenship Current National Police Check Ability to obtain a pre-employment medical clearance, including Drug Alcohol testing Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Clearance Defence or military experience highly desirable About You We're looking for people who: ✅ Take pride in their work and attention to detail ✅ Work well independently and as part of a team ✅ Have strong communication and time management skills ✅ Are reliable, professional, and positive in attitude ✅ Are committed to delivering exceptional service Previous Defence, hospitality, or large-scale catering experience is highly regarded.
