Case Worker The Beacon, Perth WA Full ‐ time Permanent SCHADS Level 5 Why this role matters At The Beacon, you will be the first point of contact for people seeking safety, stability and support during a vulnerable moment in their lives.

This role is deeply human and community ‐ centred , offering the chance to create a safe, calm and inclusive environment from the moment a resident arrives.
You will deliver trauma ‐ informed , client ‐ focused support that honours each person's story and strengths.
Your ability to be flexible, adaptable and responsive ensures people feel secure, respected and empowered as they begin their journey toward long ‐ term stability.
About the role As a Case Worker, you will provide short ‐ term crisis case management during the first 21 days of a resident's stay.
You will assess immediate housing, health, mental health, financial and practical needs, tailoring support with to each individual .
You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to coordinate referrals, advocacy and access to housing pathways.
The role requires agility, quick thinking and the ability to remain calm and grounded in fast ‐ paced or crisis situations.
This permanent full ‐ time position sits within the Emergency Accommodation and Referral Support Service, reporting to the Team Leader: Front of House.
Pay is in accordance with a SCHADS Level 5.
How you will make an impact Provide a safe,
