Role Overview
Reporting to the Director for Business Services and Tax, you will lead a great team of accountants.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and support a team of accountants
Deliver high level business advisory services to clients
Review and oversee client work to ensure accuracy and commercial value
Assist with onboarding and development of new team members
Provide support to the Director for Business Services and Tax as required
Contribute to improving systems, processes and client outcomes
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
5-7 years accounting experience
Strong knowledge of modern accounting systems and technology




Proven experience in a client facing professional services environment
Solid understanding of accounting standards and best practice
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Robust interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
