We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Officer to support the purchasing function of a major organisation based in Kwinana.
Hours: Monday to Friday Start: ASAP start Length: 3 months - depending on client requirements Hourly rate: $***** p/h + Super depending on experience The Role: This opportunity would suit a purchasing professional with robust systems capability who can confidently manage purchasing activities within a busy operational environment.
Key Responsibilities: Process and manage purchasing transactions Create, maintain and follow up purchase orders Ensure purchasing information is entered accurately and efficiently Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers regarding purchasing requirements Monitor outstanding purchasing activities and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation Experience:



Previous experience working as a Purchasing Officer or in a similar procurement position Hands-on purchasing experience using Oracle E-Business Suite and/or SAP S/4HANA Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Good organisation and time-management skills The ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers Confidence managing competing priorities in a busy setting Relevant Oracle E-Business Suite purchasing experience and/or SAP S/4HANA experience is essential for this opportunity.
