North Sydney location We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service / Contact Centre Representative to join a well-known organisation based in North Sydney.
North Sydney ASAP - 2 October $***** + Super per hour About the Role You will be part of a dynamic customer service team, handling inbound enquiries and providing high-quality support to customers in a fast-paced contact centre environment.
This is a full-time contract role (38 hours per week) for 5weeks, including structured trainingto set you up for success.
Working Hours (Monday to Friday) Rotating shifts: 8:00am – 4:00pm 9:00am – 5:00pm 10:00am – 6:00pm Occasional evening shifts (12:00pm – 8:00pm) - Penalty rates apply for evening shifts What We're Looking For Ideally 1–2 years' experience in Customer Service or Contact Centre roles Robust communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment Reliable and committed to the full contract duration What's on Offer Competitive hourly rate:
