Working closely with the Director, you'll be involved in sourcing on and off-market opportunities, attending inspections, managing clients and supporting the buying process from start to settlement.

off-market and pre-market property opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with local real estate agents Attend property inspections on behalf of clients Provide detailed feedback and property recommendations Coordinate due diligence processes on prospective purchases Maintain and update the client database Liaise with clients, agents and solicitors throughout the buying process Manage client emails, appointments and diary requirements Provide consistent client care from sign-up through to settlement Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions About You: Previous Real Estate experience preferred – Sales or Buyers Agency experience ideal Genuine passion for property and desire to build a career in Buyers Agency Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident speaking with clients and real estate agents Proactive, driven and able to work independently Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Professional presentation and demeanour Certificate of Registration or Class 1/2 Real Estate Licence Current driver's licence and own car Available to work Saturdays To Apply: Please call Lara Abbott on ************ for more information or email your CV to ****** .
