About the Role

Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to elevate the skills and knowledge of a dedicated workforce. You'll take charge of the entire learning journey, from pinpointing training needs to crafting and delivering engaging, innovative programs. But that's not all - you'll also have the unique opportunity to inspire a team of Learning Facilitators across our locations.

Your Impact:

Lead and Inspire: Develop an engaging Leadership Development program. Guide and motivate a team of 6 Learning Facilitators to achieve their full potential.

Create Captivating Learning Experiences: Design and deliver clinical and non-clinical learning programs that are informative, fun, and impactful.

Smooth Onboarding: Oversee onboarding and guarantee training compliance for all staff members.

LMS Maestro:



Keep our Learning Management System (Kineo) humming like a well-oiled machine.

Innovation Catalyst: Anticipate industry trends and develop cutting-edge learning solutions to keep us ahead of the curve.

About You
n
n
Qualifications: Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or similar) is essential. A degree in a related field is a major plus, and being a Registered Nurse is a definite advantage.
n
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on L&D; experience, with a proven track record in instructional design and facilitation.
n
People Person: A natural relationship-builder who can collaborate effectively across all levels.
n
Problem-Solver: A creative thinker who can find cutting-edge solutions to complex challenges.
n
Bonus Points: LSI certification will set you apart.
