Based in Perth's Western Suburbs, you will be part of a team working on their newest apartment developments - you'll be the face of the community — building and maintaining strong tenant relationships.
The Position 38 x hour week - Working Tuesday to Saturday Responding to all rental enquiries Meeting and qualifying potential tenants showing the apartments Processing tenant applications and references Lease sign-ups renewals Schedule and conduct routine inspections Maintain presentation of apartments and shared spaces Manage online property listings Assist with resident events Update systems and maintain records Perform general admin and support tasks Skills Experience 2 years experience within the real estate industry Leasing experience required, but current registration is not essential Be passionate about property, love engaging with people,



and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
