The Opportunity
You will play a critical
administration
role supporting the
Testing & Commissioning team
by managing documentation, issuing test reports, collecting information from the field and maintaining accurate, compliant document control systems. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail who thrives in a site‐based project environment.
Occasional travel to site at Badgery's Creek.

Key Responsibilities
Foster positive working relationships with site team
Maintain testing & commissioning document control systems, ensuring accuracy and version control
Issue, track and close out test reports, inspection records and commissioning documentation
Coordinate document workflows between field teams, engineers,



subcontractors and stakeholders
Support reporting, dashboards and progress tracking for the T&C; team
Proactively identify process improvements in T&C; documentation
What We're Looking For
Collaborate with stakeholders to enable effective project delivery
Experience in a site‐based coordination, document control or project support role
Experience with document control systems and construction projectsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‐paced site environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office
