With a growing client base in Sydney, Cutcher & Neale are on the hunt for an experienced
Finance Specialist
to join their
North Sydney office
. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of client finance journeys across residential, commercial, and specialised lending - particularly within the medical space.
This is more than a processing role. It's about
building long-term relationships
, helping client's structure smart solutions, and becoming a trusted partner in their financial decisions.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing tailored finance advice to professionals, business owners, and medical clients
Leading finance conversations and identifying opportunities to add value
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders including accountants, solicitors, agents, and lenders
Representing the business at industry events, panels, and networking functions
Supporting and mentoring junior team members in a collaborative team environment
What You'll Bring
Proven experience as a mortgage broker, commercial banker, or credit/lending specialist
Strong credit structuring knowledge, including complex and high-value lending
Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or currently completing)




Experience working with medical or qualified services clients is highly regarded
Professional presence, excellent communication skills, and a relationship-first approach
