Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Systems Engineer with strong infrastructure and cloud expertise to support and enhance a complex enterprise environment. You will lead technical initiatives, provide Level 3 support, and help deliver secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure solutions across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
n

Provide Level 3 infrastructure support and technical escalation.
n
Design, deploy, and support VMware, ESXi, RDS/VDI, Cisco UCS, and NetApp environments.
n
Manage and secure Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD platforms.
n
Administer SCCM and Intune environments.
n
Implement IAM, SSO, federation, privileged access, and security controls.
n
Perform patching, vulnerability remediation, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
n
Create technical documentation and support infrastructure projects.
n
Participate in an on-call roster.
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
7+ years' experience in Systems or Infrastructure Engineering.




n
Strong experience with VMware, Cisco UCS, NetApp, SCCM, Intune, and enterprise Microsoft environments.
n
Expertise in Azure, AWS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, IAM, SAML, OAuth, and PKI.
n
Solid PowerShell skills with exposure to automation and scripting.
n
Experience with infrastructure security, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks such as CIS and NIST.
n
Nice to Have
n
AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, or ITIL certifications.
n
Experience with CyberArk, Exchange, Proofpoint, SharePoint, SQL, EDR/XDR/SOAR tools.
n
Exposure to Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, or Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
n
