Mid-Junior Data Engineer

design, build, and maintain data pipelines

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain
data pipelines and processing solutions
using
AWS and Databricks
.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to
understand business requirements
.
Support the implementation of
scalable, secure, and high-performing
data solutions.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving platform or data pipeline issues.
Contribute to the
documentation and governance
of data processes and standards.
Learn and apply best practices under the guidance of senior engineers.

Skills & Experience
1-3 years of experience in data engineering or similar role.
Knowledge of
AWS Cloud Services
and
Databricks
(or strong interest in learning).
Experience with
SQL
and at least one programming language (e.g.,
Python
).
Understanding of
data pipelines, ETL processes
, and data modelling concepts.
Robust problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
Experience in enterprise or consultancy environments.
Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and
security best practices
.
Familiarity with Azure, GCP, or other cloud platforms.
