The practice supports the GPs with Health Assessments & Care Plans through their CDM Health Nurse.
Consults are appointment based
Full time or part time hours can be considered
Attractive remuneration on offer with bonus and incentive schemes
15 Minutes away from Brisbane CBD
Mixed billing or bulk billing, Dr can decide
Fully computerised with a full patient base
Full time nursing support and accredited
To start ASAP
70% of gross billings and a retainer of $150.00 per hour for the first three months
Allied Health Services; Dietician, Physiotherapy, Psychologist, Diabetes Educator, Exercise Phyiologist, Chiropractor

Essential Criteria
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Vocational Registration (FRACGP | FACRRM | FRNZCGP)
Full Australian Work Rights
General Practice experience in Australia
Passion and commitment to providing a high level of care to patients
