Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' medical, physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs to determine their rehabilitation goals and requirements.
Develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
Coordinate and monitor the implementation of rehabilitation services, including therapy sessions, medical interventions, ensuring continuity of care and adherence to treatment plans.
Provide ongoing support, guidance,

Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health or Health Sciences, or a postgraduate qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling
Clinical knowledge of pathologies
Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships

A current drivers' licence and access to their own vehicle
