Pathfinders is seeking Casual Youth Workers to support children and young people in care across NSW. You will assist with everyday care, development and safety within Out of Home Care programs, including shift work and sleepovers.

You will work within trauma-informed and strengths-based teams, advocate for Aboriginal youth, and build connections with Aboriginal agencies to support families and culture. Prior OOHC experience is welcome.
