Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a general practice setting
Support GPs with clinical duties such as immunisations, wound care, and chronic disease management
Coordinate patient care and assist with health assessments and care plans
Contribute to health education and promotion within the community

About You:
AHPRA-registered Registered/Enrolled Nurse with a passion for community healthcare
Knowledge of general practice nursing and an understanding of chronic disease management highly regarded but not essential as training can be provided.
Robust communication and teamwork skills
Accomplished at managing patient care and building rapport with patients
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
