We are currently looking for motivated, enthusiastic and experienced ICU nurses to provide expert nursing care to complex patients for the 19 bed ICU unit.

As a Registered Nurse ICU your responsibilities will include:
Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care
Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs
Lead successful quality improvement and safety management project/s to deliver desired outcomes
Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
Act as a role model for Safe Practice

About You
Recent Clinical experience in an ICU unit
Bachelor of Nursing
Current Registration (no restriction) with AHPRA and Australian Working Rights
Post Graduate Certificate in ICU or working towards (desirable)
Current ALS qualifications (desirable)
Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
Clinical expertise and commitment to high quality patient care and continuous improvement
Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high functioning team
Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated and customer focused
Working with Children check
Desirable Criteria:
Ventilator skills in the intensive care environment
