About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist ready to transition into a team leadership and mentoring role. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience, particularly in NDIS and aged care community work, and be looking to grow into a leadership position.
This role is perfect for someone seeking part-time hours with future growth into a formal team leader or clinical supervisor position.

Client Demographics: Majority aged care (60–79 yrs); paediatric caseload to grow in future
Salary: $95K pro-rata

About You:
AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
