Job title: Speech Pathologist

Working hours: Full time or part time

Salary offer: $75k - $100k per annum (depending on experience)

Location: Ashfield

Deliver engaging, family-centred therapy to children, teens and young adults
Support clients with speech, language, literacy, and social communication needs
Work flexibly across the clinic, homes, schools, and daycares
Write explicit,



meaningful reports and collaborate with other professionals
Make a direct, positive impact on a child’s communication skills so they can reach their full potential
Work closely with families, caregivers, and specialists to support each child’s unique goals
Be part of a team that values respect, empathy, learning, and collaboration

You’ll be supported through:
Weekly clinical supervision + peer support

YOU’RE OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU:
Are a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP)
Hold a current WWCC, a driver’s licence, and own transport
Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Pathology (essential)
Love working with children and families in dynamic settings
Have strong communication skills, curiosity, and a growth mindset
Are versatile, compassionate, and keen to make a difference

Nice-to-have:
Experience with Autism, AAC, or developmental delays
Interest in early intervention and play-based therapy
