What Awaits You:
Engage in outbound calls to our existing customers, championing current sales/service campaigns and securing high-quality appointments for our sales & service departments
Opportunity to be involved in dealership sales events, including enticing campaign outbound nights featuring dinner and on-the-spot incentives
Following up on leads and enquiries promptly, so customers feel valued at every touchpoint
Collaborating closely with the sales and service teams, giving you broad exposure to how a successful automotive dealership operates
Maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system, a skill that will serve you well throughout your career
