About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Leader Podiatrist to join our client's growing team. This leadership position will suit a Podiatrist who is ready to take the next step in their career, providing both clinical expertise and team guidance across our clinics.
In this role, you will:
Lead, mentor, and support a team of podiatrists
Manage clinical standards and ensure best practices across the team
Oversee patient care plans and contribute to complex cases
Continue to provide hands-on podiatry services to your own patient caseload
Contribute to service development and clinic growth
Requirements:
Bachelor of Podiatry (or equivalent)
General AHPRA registration
Extensive clinical experience preferred
Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or team coordination skills
Strong diagnostic and biomechanical assessment abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centred care
