The Sanctuary Bar & Restaurant at Mercure Bunbury Sanctuary Golf Resort is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our friendly team.

About the Role

You'll be involved in a variety of front-of-house duties, including:
Providing exceptional customer service
Taking food and beverage orders
Preparing and serving drinks, including coffee (barista experience is an advantage)
Operating the POS system and handling payments
Setting up and clearing tables
Assisting with functions, weddings, and special events
Maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant and bar workplace

About You
Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
Friendly, reliable, and well-presented
Able to work efficiently in a busy team environment
Flexible availability, including evenings,



weekends, and public holidays
A current RSA certificate is essential
Approved Manager's Card is advantageous but not essential
