Property Officer/Property Management Assistant

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our small but growing team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a recent venture and make a meaningful impact from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of a small property portfolio (residential and commercial)
Coordinate leasing activities, inspections, and tenancy management
Handle Airbnb listing management, including guest communications and check-in/check-out process.
Oversee boarding house operations, primarily student accommodations
Liaise with approved tradespeople for repairs and maintenance
Conduct rental reviews and manage arrears
Perform general administrative tasks related to property management

Requirements:




Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred but not essential)
Can do attitude and problem solving skills
Strong organisational and communication skills
A proactive and reliable attitude
Previous experience in real estate or property management (preferred but not essential)
Willingness to grow with the company and take initiative

The salary is negotiable depending on your skill and experience.

Pay: $26.00 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 38.0 per week
