Aufey Logistics is a logistics firm leading freight forwarding player across Australia and China, with offices in 6 key locations worldwide, including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane，Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Yiwu. Our comprehensive range of services includes freight import services, eCommerce processing, customs broking, and warehouse services. We strive to deliver high-quality, value-added services while exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

· Provide information about shipping services and logistics solutions

· Assist in resolving issues related to shipments and deliveries

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

· Develop recent client relationships and maintain existing ones

· Drive business growth through effective customer engagement

Requirements:

· Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in the logistics industry





· Robust communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients

· Ability to identify customer needs and propose appropriate logistics solutions

· Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite

· Education: Tertiary education or higher

· Work Location: In person

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin

Schedule:

· 9am - 5 pm

· Monday to Friday

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
