Be trade qualified or with equivalent experience-
Ability to work within friendly team and to inspire through pastries, industry, and consumer knowledge.
Creative approach to pastries
Ensure quality and consistency of pastry products produced
Has a robust knowledge of food, health and safety practices
Excellent time management and efficiency skills
Have outstanding communication skills
Confidently medical compliance
