Role: Senior / Mid-Senior Physiotherapist – Private Practice (Subcontractor)

About the Role
Senior/Mid-Senior physiotherapist position with room for career advancement
Work in a musculoskeletal private practice with a caseload including Medicare and WorkCover patients
3–4 days per week: Monday, Thursday, Saturday (+ optional Friday)
Start date: Approximately 2 weeks after successful interview
Location: Orchard Hills / Kingswood NSW 2748

Pay Structure (Subcontracting Only)





You may choose between two subcontracting payment models:
Commission-Based Model
40%–45% of total revenue generated, including product sales
Guaranteed Hourly Model
$60–$65 per hour, fixed rate
No commission

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a private practice musculoskeletal setting
Robust experience treating Medicare and WorkCover patients
Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
Ability to work independently and contribute positively to clinic culture

Mandatory Requirements
Current CPR & First Aid certifications
Police Check, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Screening Module
Own skilled indemnity and public liability insurance (minimum $20M coverage)
Eligibility to work as a subcontractor
AHPRA registration (Physiotherapist)
