Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Duty (Permanent Part time)

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a well-established 64-bed residential aged care facility in Bangalow Village, just 15 minutes from Byron Bay.

This is a permanent part-time night duty role, ideal for a confident RN who is comfortable working as the sole nurse on shift, supported by 3 support workers.

About the Role
Night duty – solo RN on shift
Clinical leadership and oversight of the shift
Supervision and support of care staff
Ensuring high-quality, resident-centred care

Roster
3 shifts per week (part time)
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday
Week 2: Monday, Friday, Sunday
Roster may vary

Requirements
Current AHPRA registration
Minimum 2–3 years RN experience
Strong clinical judgement and leadership skills
Previous aged care experience highly regarded

Pay Rates
Year 2: From $42/hour
Year 3: From $45.50/hour
Year 5+: From $53/hour
