Corbetta's Kitchen is seeking a talented and experienced Cook/chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality Italian dishes in a quick-paced setting. This role involves preparing a variety of menu items, including pasta, sauces, pizzas, and other Italian specialties, while adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
Prepare a wide range of Italian dishes according to recipes and specifications.
Ensure the quality and consistency of all food produced.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Assist with inventory management and ordering.
Contribute to menu development and recipe testing.




Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Production Chef or in a similar role.
Excellent knife skills and culinary techniques.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for food and a commitment to quality.
