Role Description

This is a full time on-site role in Ulladulla, NSW for a Speech Pathologist. The Speech Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with a variety of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing and overseeing personalized treatment plans, collaborating with clients and families,



and maintaining accurate documentation of progress. The role emphasizes a patient-centered approach to help clients achieve improved communication and overall quality of life.

Qualifications
Expertise in Speech Therapy, Speech, and Communication Disorders
Experience with diagnosing and treating Dysphagia and Language Disorders
Robust interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients, families, and team members
Ability to tailor therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each client
Relevant certifications or licensure in Speech Pathology
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Speech Pathology or a related field
Previous experience in a clinical setting is an advantage
