Job Description
We are seeking a commercially minded Pricing Analyst to support pricing, cost modelling and bid activities across complex projects and service contracts for one of our Defence Client based in Adelaide.

You will work closely with Commercial, Finance, Business Development, Program Management, Engineering and Supply Chain teams to develop accurate, competitive and compliant pricing solutions.

Security Requirements

Australian citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain an Australian Government security clearance are required. Candidates holding Baseline or NV1 clearance are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
n

Develop pricing models and cost estimates for tenders, proposals and contract variations.
n
Build cost models covering labour, materials, subcontractors, overheads, escalation, risk and margin.
n
Conduct financial modelling, cost analysis, sensitivity analysis and scenario modelling.
n




Review actual costs and forecasts to improve pricing accuracy.
n
Support bid submissions, pricing reviews, negotiations and commercial decision-making.
n
Maintain pricing assumptions, supporting documentation and audit trails.
n
Work with stakeholders to gather and validate pricing inputs.
n

About You
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Experience in pricing, estimating, commercial analysis, finance, contracts or bid support.
n
Solid financial modelling and analytical skills.
n
Advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
n
Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
n
Ability to interpret financial, contractual and technical information.
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
n
Experience within defence, government, engineering, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing or professional services will be highly regarded.
n
Knowledge of government contracting, defence pricing, ASDEFCON, ERP systems or program financial controls is desirable.
