About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Housekeeper to join our team. Working as part of our housekeeping department, you will play a key role in ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and service guest rooms and public areas
Make beds and replenish linen, towels, and guest amenities
Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and other guest facilities
Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitise rooms to hotel standards
Report maintenance issues and lost property promptly
Ensure housekeeping equipment is used and stored correctly
Follow workplace health and safety procedures, including the secure use of cleaning chemicals
Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests when required
About You
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred
Hotel or accommodation experience will be highly regarded
Solid attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management and organisational skills
Positive attitude and robust work ethic
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Understanding of hygiene standards and safe work practices
Available to work a flexible roster across 7 days, including weekends and public holidays
