We are looking for an Assistant Account Executive to join our Tuggerah, NSW branch.
About the Role
As an integral member of our national team, the Assistant Account Executive provides high‐quality administrative and client service support to our Account Managers.
This fast‐paced, varied role keeps you engaged every day.
You will be responsible for:
Processing recent business, renewals, amendments, endorsements, and certificates of currency
Managing client enquiries and requests from brokers
Following up with clients via phone and email
Delivering outstanding service and ensuring a positive experience for all clients and partners
About You
You're highly organised with the ability to prioritise with ease.
You're focused on achieving results, adept at handling various systems, and possess strong emotional intelligence.
Your resilience and adaptability will be key for success.
To Succeed In This Role You'll Bring
Strong administrative and organisational skills
A proactive, team‐focused attitude




Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
The ability to manage multiple systems and a high volume of work
A drive to learn and grow within the insurance industry
Previous experience in insurance or Tier 2 qualifications will be highly regarded but not essential
