About the Role
A unique chance exists for a Property Finance Assistant to join our exciting Centre Management team. Working within a friendly and dynamic office, this role will allow you to showcase your existing finance administration skills and grow within a successful company.
Role Responsibilities
Build a strong working relationship with all stakeholders both internal and external
Oversee the rental arrears collection process
Assist when necessary with the day to day running of centre rent collections
Complete the Monthly Rent Roll process (process and issue tenant invoices)
Raise monthly charges
Process workflows
Perform account reconciliations
The Successful Candidate
Prior accounts experience in a retail shopping centre environment or similar
Good working knowledge of how to manage and collect rent from tenants
Competent level of computer proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Tertiary qualifications in finance or administration
Strong written and verbal communication skills
