This group drives influencer-driven campaigns across major social platforms and connects brands with top-tier influencers and creators to produce compelling content.

The Opportunity
Support the APAC Client Services Director & mentor/manage two juniors
Directly manage client relationships, ensuring seamless project execution and driving account growth
Lead as the main point of contact for key clients, overseeing day-to-day communications and ensuring exceptional service delivery
Collaborate with the Account Director and internal teams to bring campaigns to life and identify opportunities to expand client partnerships
Track budgets and timelines and maintain brand consistency across campaigns
Attend and lead weekly WIP meetings with clients, providing strategic updates
Drive revenue growth year over year for key clients and identify upsell opportunities
Respond to client briefs and lead internal teams to develop compelling proposals
Oversee quoting, budgeting,



and commercial discussions to ensure profitability
Maintain consistent client communications and service standards across accounts
Develop a deep understanding of each client's brand, history, and objectives
Maintain knowledge of past projects, creator preferences, and campaign learnings
Oversee project administration and proper documentation
Manage procurement processes, PO requests, and invoice tracking
Handle client agreements, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution
You
Live in Sydney and have full working rights
3-5 years experience in an Account Manager role across social platforms
Proven track record of success in account management and revenue generation
Understanding of the Australian digital media landscape, including influencer marketing and content creation
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Proactive and results-oriented approach
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Strong understanding of social media platforms within the Australian context
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
