Responsibilities
Strategy Development:Create trading strategies that aim to outperform Bitcoin.
Backtesting and Validation:Conduct comprehensive backtesting and validation of strategies before deploying them with live capital.
Model and Indicator Creation:Build models, indicators, and signals to enhance trading effectiveness.
Data Management:Work with real-time data to inform trading decisions and manage capital effectively.
Qualifications




At least 2 years of experience in quant trading, preferably in crypto or equities.
Proficiency in Python is essential.
Demonstrated success through a proven backtest or live PnL record.
Strong analytical thinking and creativity in developing innovative trading strategies.
Preferred: Experience in cryptocurrency trading, machine learning, or a scientific background.
