As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with physical and psychological conditions, fostering their return to health and work.

Responsibilities
Manage case loads with support from Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks
Apply clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes
Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programmes with employers and employees
Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
Work across schemes such as workers' compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance,



Comcare, Department of Veterans Affairs, and employer‐funded injury prevention programmes
Assist clients with injury or health conditions to achieve return‐to‐health and work goals
Conduct a variety of assessments: initial, ADL, workplace and vocational assessments, reviewing diagnosis, supporting treatment plans, addressing psychosocial barriers, and identifying suitable employment opportunities
Qualifications
Experience in occupational rehabilitation highly regarded
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences, or Rehabilitation Counselling
General or provisional registration with AHPRA, or eligibility for ASORC Associate/Full membership
Excellent communication, compassion, empathy, and time‐management skills
Current NSW driver's licence and access to own car with comprehensive insurance
