We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Linehaul Forklift Drivers to join our client’s busy transport operation at a brand recent site in Larapinta.
Shift Times:
AM Shift: 5am - until required (6 - 7 hours)
The Role
You will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of freight within a quick-paced linehaul workplace. This position involves loading and unloading trucks while maintaining strict compliance with safety and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Operate counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
Load and unload B-doubles and semi-trailers
Conduct RF scanning and complete freight checks
Open and close truck curtains, remove and replace gates
Apply correct load restraint and weight distribution techniques
Ensure full compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulations
About You
Current LF Forklift Licence
Proven experience in road transport or logistics environments
Demonstrated experience loading linehaul B-doubles and semi-trailers
Strong knowledge of load restraint and CoR compliance
High attention to detail with a solid safety focus
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Able to start ASAP
Available Monday to Friday
Pay: $34.79 per hour
