EXPERIENCED FORMWORK SITE SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an experienced Formwork Site Supervisor to join our team, specialising in High End Residential & Multi Level Residential Builds.

The right person must have robust experience running managing jobs from start to finish, including:
Site set-out and levels
Formwork
Raft Slab, Waffle Pod and Conventional Suspended Slabs with experience in Class 2 Finish.
Steel fixing
Organising concrete pours
Reading engineering and architectural plans
Managing trades and labour
Ordering materials
Quality control and checking work before pours
Keeping jobs on schedule
Communicating with builders and clients

You must be highly organised, reliable and experienced in Formwork Construction. We are looking for someone who can take control of multiple jobs and make sure they are completed correctly and efficiently.

Requirements:
Robust experience
Current driver’s licence,



white card & Silica Training Certificate
Good communication skills
Ability to read plans and understand levels
Robust attention to detail
Ability to manage crews and subcontractors, coordinate daily operations and ensure works are completed safely
Experienced in preparing and maintaining all required safety documentation, including SWMS, risk assessments, toolbox talks, ITPs and other site compliance records.
Must be hands on, reliable and take pride in their work

Excellent salary/package available for the right person.

Sydney-based work.
