What You'll Do
Assist section chefs with prep, cooking, and plating
Maintain a clean, organised, and secure work station
Follow recipes and standards consistently and accurately
Learn and rotate across sections to build broad kitchen skills
Support the wider team during busy service periods

What We're Looking For
Some kitchen experience or relevant culinary qualification
Genuine passion for food and a career in the culinary industry
