General maintenance, grounds work, general cleaning, painting, repairs, and regular gardening.

We are currently seeking a Full Time person to join our successful team.

In this role you will report directly to the Assistant Manager.

This role is hands-on and will require a driven individual.

Job Summary
Respond and attend to all general maintenance requests, including grounds work, general cleaning, painting, basic carpentry / repairs, and regular gardening.
Must be able to work a rotating roster including some weekends.
Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition of parts and supplies as needed.
Communicate each day’s activities and any problems.
Follow all company safety, security policies and procedures.
Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and skilled.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
